What you can book today

Selected activities marked Viator can be explored and booked on Viator’s website. Choose your exact date, travellers and activity option there, and review the full payable price, inclusions, meeting or pickup details, access requirements and cancellation terms before paying. Booking and payment are completed on Viator. Following a link alone does not reserve anything; a booking requires confirmation from the booking provider.

Activity bookings are separate from your flights, accommodation and any custom holiday enquiry. Use the contact and support details on your Viator booking confirmation for changes, cancellation requests or booking support.

Custom holidays are enquiries

The holiday finder and trip brief record preferences for review. Madina does not currently book flights, hotels, cruises or complete holiday packages, or accept their payments on this website. Sending an enquiry does not reserve travel, create a quote, charge a planning fee, guarantee a response time or confirm that we can provide paid services in your location.

The acknowledgement page gives your saved reference. It does not send an automatic email or schedule a call. You can contact us using that reference. When the site is labelled “Private preview,” saved enquiries are preview records; the acknowledgement identifies their status.

Holiday ideas and photographs

General destination descriptions, matching suggestions and photographs are inspiration. They do not represent a specific departure, available room, cabin, itinerary, fare, saving or included service. Supplier activity pages show the current options for that activity. Do not make dependent travel arrangements based on an unconfirmed holiday idea or enquiry.

Prices and planning services

The initial trip conversation is complimentary. A supplier’s final checkout displays the payable price and applicable terms. Review all taxes, mandatory charges, inclusions and exclusions before approving a purchase.

If a separate paid planning service is offered later, its scope, total fee including applicable tax, delivery arrangements and cancellation terms must be agreed before work starts. No paid planning service is currently purchased through this site.

We may receive supplier-paid commission from purchases made through our referral links. This does not add a separate charge to your checkout. Any separately agreed planning fee would be disclosed before you approve it.

For a general enquiry, use the holiday enquiry form or call the operator below. You can also write to the business mailing address. This website does not provide 24-hour support or an emergency assistance service. Optional browser voice answers help you complete the holiday finder; they are not a telephone or emergency service. Automated outbound calls are not enabled.
